Project update for Gore Street

 

Work has commenced for D’Suza Group and is in full swing on 364 private rented apartments and 11 townhouses on Gore Street, Manchester.

The privately rented apartments are split across three blocks ranging between 13 and 22 storeys in height, with the blocks linked by a two-storey podium that will also provide a courtyard garden for residents.

The project also includes around 9,300sq ft of commercial and retail space, as well as car parking spaces.

The project is anticipated to complete in 2020.

First concrete pour of C Block commenced today, 18th April 2018 for 22-storeys slip form.
